When you call or email us, we use the details you choose to share only to answer your question, arrange a booking, or otherwise help with your visit. We process this information based on our legitimate interest in helping you with your visit and, for bookings, to prepare and fulfil your reservation.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. We never sell or share your personal information.
Cookies and third parties
This website sets one cookie of its own — `lang` — to remember your preferred language. Fonts are served from this website (self-hosted). The Google Maps panel loads only if you open it. The "Book now" link leads to an external booking service (EasyTable); information you enter there is handled according to EasyTable’s privacy information. When you follow other external links, the service you visit may process information under its own policies.
